Sohum
After diving into quantum for a decade and doing every problem in the Nielsen-Chuang textbook, he knew there had to be a better way to learn and teach quantum. Henceforth, Qubi was born!
When not coding or musing about the wacky world of quantum, you can find Sohum enjoying basketball season (Warriors, anyone?), exploring meditation, and busting out some sweet a cappella tunes. He graduated Berkeley, spent time at Apple and QCWare, and is leading the Qolour team's mission to bring quantum to everyone.
Andrew
Our resident gamer, Andrew is a passionate software developer who loves tinkering with everything. From building a planetary simulator and Minecraft mods to Arduino-powered laser projects, he's done it all!
If you play Teamfight Tactics, watch out - he's reached the rank of Challenger and is a force to be reckoned with. Andrew graduated University of Maryland, enjoys all things math, physics, and engineering, and will be bringing Qubi's games to life.
Roger
Roger (yes, it's weird writing this in the third-person) is truly a jack-of-all-trades. He's built things ranging from a toilet-flushing latch that saves water to an at-home fertility test.
Roger loves the outdoors and is an avid snowboarder, motorcyclist, and birdwatcher. He's also a lifelong musician, playing keys, guitar, and others. Some better that others. He is also a University of Maryland graduate and takes care of business development.
Ozer
From building his own observatory to e-ink photo frames, Ozer is an expert in embedded devices and making dreams a reality. And he's got his dog Bucky who we're trying to teach quantum to. No success... yet!
He is passionate about all things math and space - ask him about the incredible photos of the galaxy he's taken from his custom cabin observatory in Washington State. Ozer is the man behind the inner workings of Qubi and makes the magic real.
Akhil
A true creature of the night, Akhil is our hardware wizard who cares about colors more than anyone should. Whether he's pulling all-nighters perfecting circuit designs or obsessing over the exact shade of quantum blue, his attention to detail is unmatched.
When he's not engineering hardware or debating color palettes, you'll find him chronically watching YouTube, catching every sports game imaginable, or deep in his nocturnal workflow. This night owl brings Qubi's physical components to life with a level of precision that only someone who truly, deeply, perhaps concerningly cares about colors could achieve.
