Qubi Preorder Policy

Thank you for preordering Qubi from Qolour!

Preorder Terms

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of preorder. By placing a preorder, you authorize Qolour to charge your payment method for the total order amount.

Estimated Delivery: Preorders are expected to ship in May 2026. You will receive an email notification 14 days before your order ships with tracking information.

Product Units: Qubi is sold exclusively in pairs. Each preorder includes two (2) Qubi units.

Shipping: Shipping costs are included in your preorder price. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Order Limits: There are no minimum or maximum quantity restrictions on preorders.

Production Delays: While we aim to meet our estimated delivery timeline, manufacturing delays may occur. We will communicate any changes to the shipping schedule via email as soon as possible.

Preorder Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your preorder and receive a full refund by contacting us at info@qolour.io until one (1) week before your order ships.

Once we send the 14-day shipping notification, you have up to 7 days from that notification to request a cancellation. After this window closes, preorders are final and non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Order Modifications

Shipping Address Changes: You may update your shipping address at any time before shipment by emailing orders@qolour.io. Address changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.

Quantity Changes: To modify your order quantity, please cancel your existing preorder and place a new order at the current pricing.

Post-Delivery Returns & Refunds

Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to return your Qubi within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your Qubi must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, you must contact us at info@qolour.io before returning the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Faulty Products

If your Qubi arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@qolour.io. We will arrange for return shipping at no cost to you and either:

  • Issue a full refund, or
  • Ship a replacement unit

For faulty products, Qolour covers all return shipping costs.

Warranty

Qolour offers a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase for customers in the United States.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use. The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to improper use or failure to follow product instructions
  • Modifications or repairs by unauthorized parties
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from external causes such as accidents, abuse, drops, water damage, or other events beyond our reasonable control

To make a warranty claim, contact info@qolour.io with your order number and a description of the issue.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and charged at checkout based on your shipping address.
